The offal is made from Miyazaki's specially selected Kuroge Wagyu beef "Ozaki Beef" and the small and large intestines of "Aka Beef" from Sanzan Village in Kitaaso, Kumamoto! We also offer mentaiko motsunabe topped with a whole stalk of mentaiko roe.Orders can be made for one person or more.
