[Course reservations accepted even on the day◎] Authentic Hakata motsunabe with a choice of salt, soy sauce, miso, or spicy flavors.This dish uses tender small intestines from Motobu beef, and the soy sauce flavor is a classic blend of bonito stock and Fukuoka soy sauce.Our recommendation is salt! Our homemade soup is made by slowly simmering chicken and pork bones, so you can enjoy the flavor down to the last drop.Be sure to also enjoy the ramen at the end of the meal.
